I ordered a dark brown sweatshirt with black lettering- I know crazy, right? When I got the sweatshirt I loved the quality but you couldn't read the saying. I contacted the company to see if I could return it. They got back to me right away.

To my pleasant surprise they told me to pick out another color in the sweatshirt and they would send it to me. I didn't even have to deal with sending the old one back. I got the new sweatshirt and it is beautiful. I will definitely be ordering some Christmas presents from this company! This is one happy customer.

My first experience buying a tee shirt from TeeChip has been a complete success. I usually don't buy these because I don't like a big body cut on my 4'11" self. This was not that at all. The quality of the fabric is above most tee shirts. I was surprised to see that it's a Fruit of the Loom. The fit and print clarity are excellent. The print itself is not one of those hard rubbery laser vinyl prints but rather a soft flexible one that doesn't appear as if it will ever wear or peel off. As I texted to my friends, this is my new favorite tee! Thank you TeeChip I will definitely buy more from you.
