Facebook product feed
TeeChip’s new Facebook Product Feed tool just made catalog creation a breeze. You can now request a product feed link URL or .csv file that integrates with your Facebook business account for instant product catalog creation.
What are Facebook product catalogs?
According to Facebook Business, “catalogs” contain the information for items you’d like to advertise in your Facebook ads. Catalogs help your organize and sort your products from within Facebook, making ad creation a seamless process (read more here).
Request your TeeChip product feed
You can request your unique product feed in 3 easy steps:
1. Click “Generate Facebook Product Feed”
On the Teechip seller dashboard under “Campaigns” tab, click the button “Generate Facebook Product Feed” and a dialog box will appear with your product feed options.
“Generate Facebook Product Feed” button is found on the seller dashboard.
2. Select the parameters for your product feed
Click the first dropdown menu to select your product feed generation method: “recently created” or “top selling.” Click the second dropdown menu to refine your request. Finally, click “Submit Request” to receive your product feed(s).

3. Download or copy your product feed
After 24-48 hours, you will receive your Facebook Product Feed in your inbox. Click the link to download, or copy the link to use for a continuously updated product feed.

PRO TIP: Your TeeChip product feed automatically updates
Your most recently requested product feed will update daily — all prior feeds will not update. Simply integrate with Facebook Catalogs and your new campaigns will be added to your product catalog every 24 hours.
Integrate your feed on Facebook
You can create your new catalog in 4 simple steps:
1. Go to your Catalogs page on Facebook
Visit your Facebook Business Manager and navigate to the “Catalogs” page.
2. Create a new catalog
1. Click “Create Catalog”
2. Click “E-commerce” as your catalog type
3. Select your catalog business owner
4. Give your catalog a name
5. Click “Create” and then “View Products”
3. Add your new product feed
1. Click “Add Products” from the Products page
2. Click “Use Data Feeds”
3. Chose “Upload Once” or continuous upload (“Set a schedule”)
4. Copy/paste the URL from your TeeChip email
4. Your catalog is now complete
Your product catalog has officially synced! If you inputted your TeeChip Product Feed URL (as “Set a Schedule” continuous), new campaigns will be uploaded every day at 9AM GMT.
Create dynamic/collection ads with your catalog
You can use your new product catalog to instantly create “dynamic” ads or “collection” ads on Facebook. To create dynamic ads, you must associate a pixel to a specific catalog (click here to learn more). Collection ads showcase your entire catalog and let the buyers explore your products — visit Facebook Advertiser Help Center for more assistance.
